If you are day trading, you’ll get access to real-time quotes from your broker. If you aren’t day trading, you don’t need them.
The exchanges changed the pricing for RTQ a couple months back, which led Yahoo and other internet finance sites to stop offering them. There is talk RTQ will soon become free, however, I don’t know of any free site right now.
